First Samsung (Duos S7562) and terrible experience !

I was using Micromax canvas 2 since 1 year. Decided to change phone and zeroed down to Samsung duos S7562 and believe me terrible experience.

Problems faced:

1. Mobile Data hangs and need phone restart to resume it again. So don’t expect that your WhatsUp message will be delivered to you on time.

2.  Within a week charging of phone stopped.

3. I don’t know whether phone has LED notification light. If it has it is not working in my phone.

Other applications of phone really perform well. But the contact and calling is terribly slow. After call is discounted you have to wait for at least 5-10 second to make another calls. And when you receive call, the calling screen (screen with name) appear after the delay of 5-6 seconds. 

I really don’t understand how the Samsung is number 1.

This phone is strictly NO for gamers.

What I liked: 

1. Its size. It is very handy.

2. Latest version of Android

3. Good camera quality with good flash light.

4. Front camera.

5. Dual Sim

But then what is the use of positive point if I can’t charge my phone :) !!

Terrible Service Center Experience: 

A week after purchase there were issues in phone as mentioned above. I took it to service center near my home ( ‘Omakar Electronics, New Krishna Tower, Sector-14 ’).

First the front desk ladies don’t understand the problem. After I was able to make them understand the problem they checked the phone and charging pin was faulty.

But they said since my charger was wet somehow it happened. I asked them if that is the case then the same charger is charging 4 other mobile at home they should also stop working. Anyway, after they checked it was to my HORROR TO KNOW THAT THEY NEED 1 WEEKS’ TIME TO REPLACE CHARGING PIN.

I was using NOKIA for 10 years and they never kept my phone for more than 4 hours. And after this experience I feel that MICORMAX is better than SAMSUNG.  I am saying this since I own Micromax Canvas 2.

TATA SKY – Relocation charges

I have renovated my house and moved my TV from one corner to other.  But in other corner Tata-sky cable wire was unable to reach. It was short by 2 meters.

Next day I called TATA-SKY to fix the problem and these guys charged me relocation charges of Rs. 200/- for moving the connection in same house.

I am really confused. And believe this is one of the best example how some services sucks.
