Passengers now have the facility of knowing the running status of trains on Konkan Railway route by dialling a dedicated toll-free number. Passengers can dial 18002661332 from any location to know the status of trains.
Enquiry can be made only for trains that are on Konkan Railway route — from Roha to Thokur. Passengers can also, dial the all-India train enquiry number, 139.
Konkan Railway has started the toll-free number for the convenience of passengers. While it will be operated round the clock by Konkan Railway staff, passengers can make enquiry only about the running status of trains.
Other queries such as refund, seat availability, confirmation, or any other grievance will not be redressed on this number. For this purpose passengers can send an SMS on 9004470700.
